PowerNetbox v4.7.0.2 — bulk error messages on NetBox < 4.7, Scenario suite green on the Docker matrix

Small follow-up to v4.7.0.1.

Fixed

• Bulk create/update errors on NetBox 4.3 – 4.6 are readable again (#480). Those servers answer a failed bulk write with a JSON array (one entry per submitted object); the module rendered it as [] null []. It now reports N of M objects failed validation. followed by one [index] field: message line per failing object — the same format the module already used for the NetBox 4.7 response.

Message: 1 of 2 objects failed validation.
[1] type: 10gbase-sr is not a valid choice.

Tests

• Scenario suite (Tests/Scenario/*) brought back to green on the local Docker matrix (closes #479): Prefix filtering uses -Scope_Type dcim.site -Scope_Id (Prefix scope since NetBox 4.2), the server-lifecycle workflow picks a free rack unit and a port type that exists on every supported NetBox, and the two previously skipped tag-filter scenarios now exercise -Tag / -Tag_Id. 4.7.0 and 4.3.7: 115 passed, 0 failed.
